As an administrator/nurse manager, I didn’t have time to run the daily operations, deal with schedules and personnel issues AND also make sure that the required reporting was done.

Although the reporting is only quarterly, the data is collected daily and or monthly, compiled, analyzed and has to be presented to the center’s MEC or Governing board. 

This is where HCR Consultants comes in. “We” will make sure the policy and procedures are up to date, the Performance Improvement program is effective, create one if needed, survey the center for physical facility issues, streamline materiel management,  assess business operations and put in place safeguards against theft/embezzlement and offer regulatory compliance solutions.
